Gen 4 was my first ever pokemon generation and HGSS are my favourite games in the entire series! I also find them the most fun to RNG manipulate >:3c
For these reasons, I've decided to 100% complete HG on my original cartridge! So what does this include? Here's my general plan:
  • Replay HeartGold
  • Get the 5* trainer card
    • Defeat the Elite Four
    Collect 5 Shiny Leaves on one Pokemon and speak to Ethan/Lyra in New Bark Town
    Defeat the records on all 10 Pokeathlon events
    Get a 100-Streak in the Battle Tower
    Complete the National Pokedex, total of 484 in your Pokedex.
  • Get gold symbols for every battle facility
    • Battle Factory
    Battle Tower
    Battle Castle
    Battle Arcade
    Battle Hall
  • Have a full shiny (then living) national dex
  • Get perfect battle ready versions of every pokemon
    • I'll be using other games to help me with this but would like to do as much as possible in this one save.
